Black Oxide has been an industry standard in metal finishing. It is a high quality corrosions resistant finish for steel that will not chip, peel, or change the physical dimensions of the part. Blackcote uses a hot process that provides a better corrosion resistance than the cold process of black oxide.
Our process conforms to MIL C-13924-Class 1, MIL HDBK-205A & AMS-2485
Anodizing is an electrochemical process that converts the surface of aluminum into durable, corrosion-resistant, finish. Anodizing does add up to .001” of oxide layer to parts. This oxide layer can then be dyed into many different colors to produces brilliant decorative finishes.
Abrasive blasting, commonly referred to as sand blasting, is used to take paint, rust, and other coatings off surfaces to prepare for a new finish
We use a multiple different types of blasting media to produce a desired finish
We utlize multiple wheels, pads, and compounds to produce the desired effect on many different surfaces. We can accomdate many sizes with our setups
Complete refinishing services including stocks, forgrips and all metal finishing
